Part 10: Future Plans
zonk

In the pic below, I just got through spraying DuPont etching primer. Also, I'm going to use a 350 turbo trans. I was going to use the 700R4, I feel there is nothing wrong with them, and I use one in my coupe. It came down to money -- I can have one rebuilt by a guy I know real reasonable; if I do have problems later on, nothing major to fix.

I also have an E-Z wiring kit for it when the time comes. As far as color and interior, I haven't decided that far yet. Just got a Hagan fuel door for it, might consider their frenched headlight kit too.

I am building this just as a good dependable streetrod. My wife wants to use it to go to antique sales and for something to go farther to car shows with -- it will be used. I think reality is setting in, I was hoping to get this going by fall of 2004, but now it's probably going to be spring of 2005 (never set a date in your mind).

I would like to thank Dragon J -- he submitted my name for this. Also willys36, TurboS10, Centerline, and I believe Weimer for PMs I sent you on your projects for some help. If I missed anyone else I apologize. I guess that's about it for now. I do my own work as much as I can including setup, bodywork, and paint; I'm going to try interior work. Thanks for your time.
