This is a 1940 Chevy 2-Door Sedan, owned and built by Mike Mancuso of Islip Terrace, New York. It is painted in GM Autumn Maple Firemist. The headlights have been moved outward 5 inches and set down into the fenders.

This 305 Chevy TPI engine hooks to a 700 automatic transmission.

Mike stripped the dash board and molded it in for a smoother look. All of the window cranks and handles were replaced with custom chrome. All glass was removed, and replaced with tinted safety glass.

This Nova rear end has drum brakes. The frenched-in rear taillights are from a 1941 Chevy. The license plate bracket and lift handle were shaved, and a hand fabricated lift handle was installed.
